NO! There are some similarities with the way that things are laid out and structured, but this is not a course!
While there is a lot to learn and reflect on and discover, I really want you to feel like you’re on facetime/zoom with a friend who gets it, and tells it like it is, when you’re watching this content.

The average recording is maybe 3 minutes. Some are literally 90 seconds. Only one is ten minutes. Length does not dictate impact! One of my favorite sections is 1:04 (it’s about boundaries.)
You don’t have to get up early or stay up late. The Holiday Survival Kit fits into your schedule, however you want it to.
Think quick resets you can listen to in the car before walking into your childhood home, on a lunch break, before anotherholiday gathering, or late at night when you’re overwhelmed and wishing you could just skip ahead to January.
You can watch while you’re cooking, or on the way to work, or even in the bathroom while you’re trying to steady yourself before making the rounds at the holiday thing you have to go to because of your kids, even though you don’t really know the other parents, and you’d rather be home in sweatpants.

No one has actually asked this but I know that people are thinking it, because I think these things all the time. We’re human, we’re judgy, we’re skeptical. We want to make sure the person we’re giving money to can deliver on the results that they say they’re going to. I get it.
Let’s start with the qualification part.
I could tell you about my fancy life coaching certification. I could list out a lot of testimonials (which you can read on this page) from clients I love working with. We could talk about the workshops and panels I’ve led. I could tell you about the fact that people frequently tell me they read my book in one sitting because it makes them feel so seen.
But honestly, none of that matters as much as these three events from the last few years.
I got stitches in the ER a few Thanksgivings ago because I prioritized a perfect peach cobbler above my own sanity (and safety.) The ER was the most peaceful part of my day.
I let my friends’ help me clean up for the first time ever (after friendsgiving) instead of doing it myself and working myself into a frenzy/panic/anxiety attack.
